Airtel Africa, a main telecommunication Provider in Africa has reported the dispatch of Tap2Bill. Tap2bill is an innovative direct to final users and consumers services for merchants across Africa. The innovation will be made available with patnership with a customer software provider called IMImobile.

Tap2Bill is a platform that will empower content providers as well as merchants to use Airtels billing system to bill and charge their clients.

This service will be made accessible through a safe portal that will facilitate better merchants-to-client relationship in Africa, and provide merchants with affordable billing an payment processing Infrastructure.

In a press release, CEO of IMImobile, Jay Patel said “Ensuring the constant growth of choice and variety of mobile services is key across Africa and Airtel recognize that they are in a unique position to help content providers and merchants,”
